Due to a change in election law, our Town Supervisor candidate must run for re-election this fall. It will be a tough fight. If you want to change how this town grows, it is crucial to keep our representatives in office. The fight ahead of us is a tough one and our opponents are highly motivated to regain control. We cannot win without YOUR help–TURN OUT MATTERS.
Some of Toni’s goals and accomplishments as Supervisor :
- Balance development with preserving open space to maintain Wilton’s quality of life. We are reassessing our commercial zones to follow smart growth policies that will include resident input.
- Connect neighborhoods to schools & parks with multi-use paths: A Carr/Jones Road multi-use path is coming in 2027, with plans to provide key linkages to other areas in future years.
- Focus on improving infrastructure:
- Carr Road roundabouts – Coming in 2027
- Jones Rd/Rt 50/Ingersoll Road roundabout design is proceeding
- Traffic lights at Smith Bridge Road/Rt9 – Coming in 2027
- Right turn lane at Rt 9/Daniels Road – Coming in 2027
- The town has also received grant funding to widen shoulders on the eastern part of Louden Road.
