The Saratoga County Young Democrats are a group of individuals between the ages of 16 and 36 that represent, make up, and work with the up and coming members of the Democratic Party in the County of Saratoga.
Our purpose is to pursue liberty, justice, and freedom for all regardless of race, religion, or sex. We pursue these rights through support of the Democratic Party and its ideas, beliefs, and candidates. We advocate for Democratic principles and policies, working closely with other Democratic organizations, and fostering community service among young individuals.
The Saratoga County Young Democrats are chartered with and affiliated with the New York State Young Democrats, and by and through the New York State Young Democrats, are affiliated with the Young Democrats of America.
The Saratoga County Young Democrats is a subset of the Saratoga County Democratic Committee (SCDC) and works as closely as possible with all levels of the Democratic Party in and around Saratoga County. This includes working with the Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee, other local Democratic Committees in the County, as well as Young Democrat organizations in adjacent Counties.
